    she definitely has a medical problem!! she can’t close her mouth. It could of been caused by traumatic or psychological instances in her life. when she is smiling, her cheek muscles stretches further out. when she is not smiling, her cheek muscles don’t stretch out as much. look at the pictures closely and you will see she can’t close her mouth.

    look at her pictures carefully, and you will see that her tongue got chopped off. Maybe by accident or by seizures. Maybe her the pain was so painful that her brain conditioned her not to close her mouth. Most likely psychological.
