You think that’s a water gun Eric?
Huh… I sure hope you never get a real weapon pointed at you then, because it won’t go well.
Federal law has mandated that all water pistols and otherwise “toy” guns be less than realistic colors.
Hot Pink or Neon Green are generally used for water pistols. That’s no water pistol.
haha the last one is funny..but one thing i don’t get..the google street view is a a stationary object? or not? cause the spy pics i saw was of a van ..that van keeps moving? or it is just parked at random places?
that boston, mass. pic…. body language looks like he’s getting b*tched at by the missus.
that last one… I can’t say I’ve ever seen a white pistol before, other than ceremonial ivory ones, makes me think it is a toy or fake. That, or he’s got some high tech composite-resin zip gun.
are you stupid david?
that kid was shot by that water pistol and he is dead because it was filled with aids
as john pointed out its clearly made of high tech composite-resin and even noobs know that they shoot brain cancer and not aids as stated by michael
Hey Eric, why don’t you simply type in the addresses for yourself instead of being lazy/stupid? Most of these shots include the address and can be found by anyone with more than a 3rd grade education and a slight familiarity of Google (http://www.google.com)…
Look, if we don’t stop acting like stereotypical ni**ers, then the stereotype will continue. We are perpetuating our own circumstances and it is no-one’s fault but our own. Time to get ourselves out of this rut and change.
There was a Google street view capture of a crack deal going down in some Chicago neighborhood a while back. Google “removed” the image soon after it got around. Anyone still have that? It was some black guy in a blue t shirt handing a wad of cash to another guy in a car in what looked like a scene from “New Jack City”.
Oh, someone will surly associate my previous comment with “racism”. Because its a black guy and I said “crack”. Well Ill bet my house the guy in the blue t shirt wasn’t paying his friend back in the car for the school books he loaned him.
Perhaps explaining how google does this will calm some of you down. Google drives around in cars with 360° georeferenced spherical video (means a whole circle with angles up and down as well) cameras in order to get these photos. Photos are then taken many times as the car drives down the street.
To the person that thinks this is faked because the hands are up in one angle, but not in another, this should explain it. The angles are because the car has gone down the street some, and thus it is a different time than when the first photo was taken. In that time the kid stopped joking around and decided to put his hands down.
Also, to the people shouting Big Brother and 1984, these photos are not live, and they can’t be live seeing as how the Google cars are only in so many places. Also, nobody is forcing people to do anything, or starting DoubleThink, or anything else drastic like that. Google Street view is just there to make it easier to get around, and for people to see a place before ever being there. It’s a useful tool, not a scary dangerous weapon.
“Hey Eric, why don’t you simply type in the addresses for yourself instead of being lazy/stupid? Most of these shots include the address and can be found by anyone with more than a 3rd grade education and a slight familiarity of Google (http://www.google.com)…”
How about this guy who runs this site stops being a lazy wanker and actually adds to this content that is probably just ripped from some other site that ripped it from somewhere else.
That’s what’s so annoying. Any old jerk can throw up the same pictures that someone else already went and scoured for. They could at least take the extra couple minutes and ADD to it by making the images link to the ACTUAL google maps streetview that they reference if possible.
It’s not hard at all. Just as easy as throwing them up there in the first place.
that is most likely not a gun, it could easily be a water gun, and what are you taltking about federal mandation? there is no such thing, toy guns just can’t be black, without an orange tip
1984 indeed….What no one seems to understand is that if we accept this privacy invasion it will lead on to eventually video surveillance, because we will grow to accept privacy invasion on all levels, I’m not saying google will be why this will happen I’m saying it’s a factor, it will happen if we let technology like this evolve, street view plus reverse phone look up websites equals chaos.
I personally don’t want this to continue, if you want to try to do something about it sign this petition, If you don’t agree an like street view then just forget this comment an go on living.
